The Initial Integrative Visit:

1.Your initial consultation will be a question & answer session.

I am 💯% committed to creating a meaningful connection with YOU, as this sets the stage for true healing and empowerment to blossom. 

If you are not located in Fort Wayne, I do offer online sessions - although it will not be characterized as a "doctor's visit," these sessions are still pivotal in healing YOU! For more questions - contact us here!

2. Let's consider this: How do we create the conditions for healing? 🙏🏽

By LISTENING, MOTIVATING, SERVING, and leading a life of AUTHENTIC TRUTH .

3. Our visit will last anywhere from 15-30 minutes. 

This first visit is INCREDIBLY important! 

I want to make sure we are a proper match, in order to fully heal, radiate, and grow together.

4. Please understand: "WE ARE MORE POWERFUL THAN THE MEDICINE WE PRESCRIBE & TAKE." 

I believe in delivering personalized care, where ALL aspects of your wellness are equally addressed. 

That being said, I truly merge eastern & Western approaches - I prescribe lifestyle measures, just as one would prescribe a medication.

5. I will be checking baseline tests in order to monitor progress. 

I love handouts and guides, and will share many with you. Don't expect to stay seated the entire time.

If it cannot be measured, it cannot be managed or improved!

We conveniently offer lab services in house, at affordable rates.

Subsequent Integrative Visits:

1. Expect weekly to biweekly check-ins - either in person, by phone, or online. 

I incorporate more of a "hands-on" approach to reaching your true radiance.
